Order delivery terms

When placing an order, the Buyer must clearly indicate the requirements for its delivery (One order can be placed on one date, time, address. If you need to congratulate several persons at different addresses, or at different times at the same address, you must place the appropriate number of orders)

Delivery of the order is carried out by prior agreement with the recipient by phone, which is indicated by the Buyer in the order.

Delivery without prior agreement with the recipient is carried out according to the specified data (address, time, name of the recipient, etc.) in the Buyer's order. (If the recipient is not at the specified address, the order, if possible, is transferred to third parties (relatives, colleagues, neighbors, concierge, etc.). If there is no one to accept the order (no one opened the door, the neighbors do not accept or the recipient does not live, does not work address) then the order is considered completed, the payment is non-refundable, this order can be picked up within 24 hours at the seller's store, giving its number.)

Fast execution of the order "to the same day", is carried out within 1-3 hours after payment for the order and in agreement with the recipient.


Delivery before 12.00 the next day is possible if the order was placed and paid for before 18.00 the previous day. Orders for today can be accepted until 18.00 Mon. - Fri. and until 16.00 on Sat and Sun.


The Buyer can make changes to the order no later than 4 hours before the delivery time of the order. (If the order has already been completed, it is impossible to cancel it. The Buyer can place and pay for a new order, while the previous one will be considered delivered or, at the Buyer's request, can be redirected to another recipient).

The service of photographing the recipient upon delivery is not guaranteed and is performed subject to the technical feasibility at the time of delivery and with the consent of the recipient.

The execution of the order on holidays (New Year, February 14, March 8 (1 day before and 1 day after) occurs during the day. The exact delivery time is not guaranteed, but the manager can take into account the wishes of the Buyer, for delivery in the morning, afternoon or evening. The final delivery time will depend on the workload of the couriers on the holiday.

The deadline for confirmation of delivery on holidays is 2 working days, which is associated with a heavy load, that is, the buyer may not immediately receive notifications about the completion of his order.

Photo report on holidays (1 day before and 1 day after) is not guaranteed.

Upon receipt of the order, the recipient is obliged to sign the order form, which remains with the courier.

Surprise order.

A surprise order is executed without prior agreement with the recipient (when placing an order, if the Buyer does not select the option "call the recipient" then he guarantees that the recipient will be at the delivery address in the specified time period (minimum 3 hours). In the absence of the Recipient at the specified address and if it is impossible to leave it to third parties (neighbors, colleagues, security, etc.), the order is considered completed).

ORDER PERFORMANCE TERM
The order execution time depends on the location of the recipient (within the city 3-4 hours, outside, the execution time is agreed with the manager) on the complexity of the order (the quantity of the Goods, its availability in the seller's warehouse) and on unforeseen events that do not depend on the Seller (accident, weather conditions, traffic jams, etc.).
In case of improper execution of the delivery of the order due to the fault of the Seller (the order was not delivered on time, the order does not meet the requirements of the buyer or the goods are in an improper form), the re-execution of the order is free of charge.
The order is considered delivered at the moment of its transfer to the Recipient / Buyer.
The agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is valid from the moment of its conclusion until the moment the order is delivered to the Recipient.

Conditions for returning goods
According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine" On the Protection of Consumer Rights ", flowers and other gifts (children's soft toys, etc.) are not subject to exchange or return.
Return of goods can be only if the Buyer, within 24 hours from the receipt of the goods, filed a complaint with the Seller at support@deutschland.mr-florista.shop that the goods were damaged, providing the appropriate supporting photos.
Complaints with an incorrect order number, containing obscene expressions and those that arrived later than a day after receiving the order, are not considered.
In case of overfulfillment of the order (replacement of goods), the seller must return the damaged goods in the same condition in which they were delivered.
The seller may refuse to re-delivery only if the recipient has personal reasons for the goods (allergy, taste, etc.).
If the recipient refused to accept gifts upon delivery, the payment for the order is not returned to the Buyer, since the order has been completed.
In case of refusal of the gift by the recipient during a preliminary call, the Buyer can receive the funds paid for this order, if it has not yet been created by florists.
In other cases, the Seller considers the complaint within 10 working days from the date of its receipt and informs the complainant of the results of the consideration in electronic form.
If the order is not fulfilled due to the fault of the seller, the Buyer has the right to demand compensation, the amount of which cannot exceed the amount of the order.
